7 Days Across America is a seven-day journey aimed at showcasing the good deeds of today’s youth. The current generation of teenagers has proven to be the most cause-oriented generation America has ever produced. However, through mainstream media and stereotypes, the news about teenagers is often, if not always, negative. We would like to change this horrible misrepresentation of the young people who are trying to make our world a better place.

THE PLAN

We will send a team to travel seven days from 14 major American cities, stretching from San Francisco to New York, and seek out and share the stories of teenagers who are striving to make a difference in their schools, communities and the world.

To ensure the success of the project, 7 Days Across America will partner with organizations in each city to highlight the good being done by teenagers in America today.

The trip will begin on September 5th in San Francisco and conclude September 12th, the National Day of Encouragement, in a celebratory event in New York City. This event will commemorate the National Day of Encouragement and honor the organizations that partner with 7 Days Across America. The event will also include the premiere of One Drop, a personal documentary created by Wishing Well: Water for the World, about the international water crisis.
